What to say! At first we walked in and felt where is this going? Then it just opened up and surprised us. It was like a secret restaurant and such a lovely place. Food quality was 5 star, and me being fussy says a lot. Staff were lovely, and really helpful making any changes for my requirements as limited what I can have a little, but we both enjoyed the visit. Not the cheapest, but it is worth it
A true culinary delight in Enniskillen. I had the set dinner menu and it did not disappoint. The flavors were spot-on and the presentation — just look at the photos. A great atmosphere, too.
Excellent service & definitely 5 star food, lived up to our expectations. We have been to 28 Darling Street previously and was looking forward to visiting 28 at The Hollow, can we say it was even better than our previous visit. To have this restaurant in Enniskillen is another reason to visit this wonderful part of Northern Ireland, even the background music was perfect. 5/5 Glen & your fantastic staff

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. My wife and I have very different tastes and we both had plenty of options from either the five course dinner or a la carte menus. The food was so delicious we actually felt a twinge of disappointment when we would realise we had finished a course. It is always a pleasure to dine at 28 at The Hollow and I highly recommend it to anyone. (The lamb entree I had (can't remember how it was described, sorry!) can be seen in the attached photo. The price per person includes alcoholic drinks)
Another fantastic meal tonight brilliant service, very attentive, good to see the same friendly faces, we live in Bangor so only get to visit about tree times a year. Nice to see Glen bringing the starters out and a chat with Zara as we left. Every dish has so many different elements that come together creating the most amazing flavours. 5
